Joseph A. Palma, CEPA^®

In 2019, Joe joined the Cornerstone family, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in the areas of wealth transfer planning, investments, business planning, estate planning and retirement planning. Running a family business comes with a unique set of challenges that Joe knows all too well, having grown up in and around family-owned businesses his entire life. Joe has helped clients for over seven years with the sophisticated planning family business owners face every day.

Through a personalized approach, Joe provides leadership to businesses, helping them make decisions about succession and estate planning; this may include innovative tax planning, qualified retirement plans, non-qualified retirement plans for key executives, business continuity trusts and design of the proper insurance portfolio.

Joe received his B.S. in Business Management and Accounting from East Stroudsburg University. He received his Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA^®) designation as well as his FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 securities registrations and Pennsylvania Life, Accident and Health license.  

Joe’s greatest enjoyment outside of work is making memories with his wife, Kelsey, and their three children, Joseph, Nicolina, and Vincent. If he’s not with his family, you can find Joe and Kelsey with their close group of friends, exploring new restaurants, seeking out new outdoor adventures, or participating in their friends’ game nights.
