Tyla Reeder

Tyla Reeder joined Cornerstone in 2025, bringing with her over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, with specialized expertise in whole life and annuities. Her career began in client services and quickly evolved through progressive roles at Guardian Life and other financial institutions, where she demonstrated a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and team development.

Over the course of eight years, Tyla thrived in a fast-paced, award-winning Contact Center environment, ultimately advancing into a leadership role. As Team Lead in Individual Markets, she was responsible for coaching and mentoring team members, facilitating performance reviews, and driving key performance indicators. Her ability to identify service trends, streamline processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement made her a trusted leader and collaborator.

Tyla’s background also includes roles as Operations Consultant and Specialist, where she led cross-training initiatives, developed training materials, and supported compliance efforts. Her dedication to quality service and her analytical mindset have consistently contributed to improved client experiences and operational efficiency.

Currently, Tyla serves in the Client Relationship Department at Cornerstone, where she will bring her knowledge to assist in handling a variety of responsibilities to ensure smooth operations and a seamless, enjoyable experience for clients.

Tyla resides in Coopersburg, Pennsylvania with her husband and their two daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and their fur babies, reading, and listening to a wide range of music.
